/KASE, April 23, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from April 24, 2026, trading in the following common shares in repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US55261F1049 (sector "KASE Global", MTB_KZ) of M&T Bank Corporation, whose settlement date falls on June 1, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on June 3, 2026;

2) US7475251036 (sector "KASE Global", QCOM_KZ) of QUALCOMM Inc. (USA), whose settlement date falls on June 4, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on June 8, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" after KASE received information about the record date of the specified shares.
