Agenda of the meeting:

1) making a decision approving a change to the maturity date of the company's first bond issue (KZ2C00004539) within the first bond program. The new maturity date is 14 years from the bond commencement date;

2) making a decision on making the appropriate changes and additions to the prospectus of the first issue of the company's bonds (KZ2C00004539) within the first bond program, drawn up in accordance with the current structure of the issue prospectus of bonds within the bond program in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Rules for the preparation and execution of the prospectus.
