/KASE, April 22, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that trading in bonds KZ2P00007420 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFNKb1) of MFO "Niet Credit" LLP will resume on KASE from April 23, 2026.

Trading in the specified bonds has been resumed based on the company's notification of the refusal by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market to register changes to the prospectus of the specified bonds.

Trading in the specified bonds was suspended on KASE from March 30, 2026.
