As a result of the completed transaction, the structure of partners of TRANZIT TRANS LOGISTICS LLP is formed as follows:

Turlov Private Holding Ltd. – 60%

Sultan Issin – 40%.

The structure of partners of TRC Logistics LLP is formed as follows:

Arlan Trans LLP – 42.58%,

TRANZIT TRANS LOGISTICS LLP – 31.65%,
