/KASE, April 21, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kcell JSC (KASE ticker – BTRK) dated April 17, 2026, K. Zatilda was removed from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Kcell JSC consists of four people.
