/KASE, April 10, 2026/ – On April 9, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2D00017662 (INNOpp1; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 2 years, semi-annual coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360) of "Innoforce" Public Limited Company (Astana) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 10, 2026.
