/KASE, April 7, 2026/ – By the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Aktobe Metal Structures Plant JSC (KASE ticker – AKZM) dated March 31, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: S. Asanov, A. Tashtitov;
• elected: A. Alibi, V. Shershnev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Aktobe Metalware Plant JSC consists of three people.
