/KASE, March 31, 2026/ – By decision of the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC (KASE ticker – SATC) dated March 18, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: R. Amanbaev;
• elected: D. Musraliev.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC consists of three people.
