/KASE, March 27, 2026/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of five issues of municipal bonds took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00002913 ("government securities" sector, KSK024_291; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,073,923,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qostanai region for KZT 1.5 bn;

2) KZMJ00002939 ("government securities" sector, KOK024_293; KZT 1,000, KZT 15,539,672,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qyzylorda region for KZT 3.0 bn;

3) KZMJ00002947 ("government securities" sector, ZKK024_294; KZT 1,000, KZT 16,345,601,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Qazaqstan region for KZT 3.0 bn;

4) KZMJ00002954 ("government securities" sector, SKK024_295; KZT 1,000, KZT 9,365,457,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of North Qazaqstan region for KZT 2.0 bn;

5) KZMJ00003028 ("government securities" sector, PVK024_302; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,726,835,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Pavlodar region for KZT 1.6 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, redemption of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
