/KASE, March 27, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of March 30, 2026 trading in common shares US35671D8570 (sector "KASE Global", FCX_KZ) of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on April 15, 2026 and subsequent dates.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from April 17, 2026.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information about the record date for the specified shares.
