/KASE, March 26, 2026/ – On March 19, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00017643 (NCOMb12; $100, $10.0 mln; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, 11.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of March 26, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
