/KASE, March 20, 2026/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of four issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place today in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003002 ("government securities" sector, ZKK084_300; KZT 1,000, KZT 8,194,273,000; 20.03.26 – 20.03.33; annual coupon, 19.15 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 8.2 bn;

2) KZMJ00003010 ("government securities" sector, ZKK120_301; KZT 1,000, KZT 2,731,420,000; 20.03.26 – 20.03.36; annual coupon, 19.15 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 2.7 bn;

3) KZMJ00002988 ("government securities" sector, PVK084_298; KZT 1,000, KZT 4,242,418,000; 20.03.26 – 20.03.33; annual coupon, 19.15 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Pavlodar region for KZT 4.2 bn;

4) KZMJ00002996 ("government securities" sector, PVK120_299; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,414,139,000; 20.03.26 – 20.03.36; annual coupon, 19.15 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Pavlodar region for KZT 1.4 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems.
