/KASE, March 20, 2026/ – On March 18, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of LOGIKOM JSC (Almaty) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market:

1) KZ2C00017606 (LOGCpp1; $100, $20.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00017614 (LOGCpp2; $100, $80.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of March 20, 2026.
