/KASE, March 19, 2026/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (KASE ticker – CCBN) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on March 18, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, took the following decisions:

• to approve the audited consolidated and separate annual financial statements of the bank for 2025;
• not to pay dividends on common shares for the 2025 financial year;
• net income for 2025 in the amount of 240,194 million tenge shall be left in the account of retained earnings of previous years.
