/KASE, March 19, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of March 20, 2026 trading in common shares US46625H1005 (sector "KASE Global", JPM_KZ) of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on April 6, 2026 and subsequent dates.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from April 8, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information about the record date for the specified shares.
