/KASE, March 18, 2026/ – On 18 March 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00017010 (MFKMb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering – base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the time of issue + up to 3.00 % per annum; 30/360) of KMF Bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of March 18, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

The issue of these bonds is the second one under the first bond program of KMF Bank JSC, registered on December 2, 2025, in the amount of KZT 25.0 bn.
