/KASE, March 18, 2026/ – By decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Fincraft Resources JSC (KASE ticker – SATC) on March 13, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: B. Mukazhanov;
• elected: A. Rakhmatulaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC consists of four people.
