/KASE, March 17, 2026/ – Following a decision of the sole shareholder of Mangistaumunaigas JSC (KASE ticker – MMGZ) dated March 11, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Wang Hua;
• elected: Yang Minyui.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigas JSC consists of six people.
