/KASE, March 16, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhmys Copper JSC (KASE ticker – KMCP) dated 12 March 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: B. Krykpyshev, A. Li;
• elected: M. Bekmakhanova.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Kazakhmys Copper JSC consists of three people.
