/KASE, March 13, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that the annual awards ceremony for outstanding KASE members of 2025 was held on March 13, 2026.

In the "Underwriter of the Year" nomination, the following members were awarded:

• Halyk Finance JSC – in the stock market;
• Halyk Finance JSC and Alatau City Invest JSC – in the corporate bonds market;
• Tengri Partners Investment Banking JSC (Kazakhstan) – in the international financial organizations bond market.

In the "Market Leader" nomination:

• Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC – in the stock market;
• Freedom Finance Global PLC – in the corporate bond market;
• Freedom Finance Global PLC – in the government securities market;
• Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and Citibank Kazakhstan JSC – in the foreign exchange market.

In the "Market Maker of the Year" nomination:

• JSC Freedom Finance and JSC BCC Invest – in the stock market;
• JSC Freedom Finance and JSC BCC Invest – in the corporate bonds market;
• Freedom Finance JSC – in the government securities market;
• Freedom Finance JSC – in the KASE Global sector.

The winners in the following nominations are as follows:

• "For the development of the derivatives market" – SQIF Capital JSC;
• Best financial consultant" – Alatau City Invest JSC, Halyk Finance JSC and Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC;
• "For contribution to the development of the Chinese yuan exchange market" – Subsidiary Bank "Bank of China in Kazakhstan" JSC and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Almaty JSC;
• "For contribution to the development of the KASE Global sector" – Investment Company Standard JSC;
• "The first deal on the NTPro platform" – Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC and Eurasian Bank JSC;
