/KASE, March 13, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of March 16, 2026 trading in common shares US5949181045 (sector "KASE Global", MSFT_KZ) of Microsoft Corporation (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on May 21, 2026 and subsequent dates.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from May 25, 2026.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information about the record date for the specified shares.
