/KASE, March 13, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC (KASE ticker – SATC) dated March 10, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: A. Rakhmatulaev;
• elected: R. Amanbaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC consists of three persons.
