/KASE, March 5, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Maten Petroleum JSC (KASE ticker – MATN) dated March 2, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Delature Grace Fan;
• elected: Zhi Cheng.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Maten Petroleum JSC consists of three persons.
