/KASE, March 3, 2026/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the following bonds of the local executive body of Qaraghandy region are included in the "Government securities" sector of KASE official list as of March 3, 2026:

1) KZMJ00002897 (KGK120_289; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,397,062,000; 10 years; annual coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZMJ00002905 (KGK084_290; KZT 1,000, KZT 4,191,187,000; 7 years; annual coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360).

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems.
