/KASE, March 3, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Jusan Mobile JSC (KASE ticker – KZTC) dated February 25, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: K. Balykbaev;
• elected: A. Marchenko.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC consists of three persons.
