/KASE, March 2, 2026/ – On March 2, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00017437 (ORBSb7; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of Orbis Leasing LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of March 2, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
