/KASE, February 25, 2026/ – By decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Bayan Sulu JSC (KASE ticker – BSUL) on February 23, 2026, P. Shevchik was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Bayan Sulu JSC consists of five persons.
