Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC (hereinafter – the Company) reports its operating results for 2025 (preliminary unaudited data are posted on the website of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC).

Key financial performance indicators for the year ended December 31, 2025:

• commission income amounted to 2,420 million tenge, an increase of 1.3 times compared to the previous year (1,828 million);
• operating expenses, including investments in human capital, IT and professional services, increased by 105% and amounted to 3,368 million tenge;
• net profit amounted to 1,221 million tenge (2024: 1,417 million tenge);
• equity capital as of December 31, 2025 amounted to 5,669 million tenge, having increased by 1,289 million tenge (+29%) compared to December 31, 2024 due to the profit received, as well as additional capitalization of the Company in the amount of 373 million tenge;
• return on equity (ROE) ratio was 23.3% (2024: 48%).
