/KASE, February 18, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE, starting February 19, 2026:

1) US6541061031 (sector "KASE Global", NKE_KZ) of NIKE, Inc., with the settlement date falling on March 2, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on March 4, 2026;

2) US30303M1027 (sector "KASE Global", META_KZ) of Meta Platforms, Inc., with the settlement date falling on March 16, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on March 18, 2026.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date of the specified shares.
