MFO OnlineKazFinance announces voluntary rating withdrawal

/KASE, February 17, 2026/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (KASE ticker – MFOK) reported the following:

MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, or the Company) announces that the international rating agency S&P Global Ratings has withdrawn the Company's credit rating at the Issuer's initiative. The decision to withdraw the rating was made by the Company due to the Issuer's successful repayment of the majority of its public debt obligations in the capital markets over the past two years, amounting to over 85 billion tenge. Currently, the Issuer is entering the active phase of its transformation into a bank, with a corresponding transition period, changes to its business model, and a product line focused on secured lending. Therefore, the credit rating will be updated (reassigned) upon completion of this transformation and the receipt of the corresponding license.

The Company continues to successfully and fully fulfill all of its obligations to service and repay debt obligations to bondholders and other creditors.
