/KASE, February 13, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in international bonds XS2655869530 (sector "securities of international financial organizations", EBRDe19) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will be suspended on KASE, effective February 16, 2026.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to partial buyback of the said bonds scheduled for February 17, 2026, in accordance with the issue prospectus terms.
