/KASE, February 6, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE from February 9, 2026:

1) US0605051046 (sector "KASE Global", BAC_KZ) of Bank of America Corporation, whose settlement date falls on March 6, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on March 10, 2026;

2) US70450Y1038 (sector "KASE Global", PYPL_ KZ) of PayPal Holdings Inc., whose settlement dates falls on March 4, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on March 6, 2026.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date of the specified shares.
