/KASE, February 5, 2026/ – By the decision of the sole shareholder of KazAgroFinance JSC (KASE ticker – KAFI) dated January 30, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: K. Sapulatov;
• elected: Y. Ospanov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of six people.
