/KASE, February 3, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC (KASE ticker – AZNO) dated January 15, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Bishekov;
• elected: A. Qulataev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC consists of three persons.
