/KASE, January 26, 2026/ – On January 22, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Onemotion LLP (Almaty) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market:

1) KZ2P00016884 (ONMTpp1; $10,000, $1.0 mln; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00016934 (ONMTpp2; KZT 1,000, KZT 500.0 mln tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 25.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00016942 (ONMTpp3; $10,000, $1.0 mln; 1 year 10 days; quarterly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of January 26, 2026.
