/KASE, January 23, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that effective January 26, 2026, trading in the following ETFs on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US74347G1849 ("KASE Global" sector, BITI_KZ) of ProShares Short Bitcoin ETF, with settlement dates falling on February 2, 2026 and March 2, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on March 4, 2026;

2) US74349Y5713 ("KASE Global" sector, ETHT_KZ) of ProShares Ultra Ether ETF, with settlement dates falling on February 2, 2026 and March 2, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on March 4, 2026;

3) US74347G4405 ("KASE Global" sector, BITO_KZ) of ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF, with settlement dates falling on February 2, 2026 and March 2, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on March 4, 2026.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date of the specified securities.
