/KASE, January 23, 2026/ – Following a decision of the sole shareholder of Maikuben-West JSC (KASE ticker – MKBW) dated January 19, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Bishek;
• elected: Zh. Kdyrbaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Maikuben-West JSC consists of three persons.
