• 165,318,620 common shares and all preferred shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the bank bought back 1,239,889 common shares;
• the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the bank outstanding shares is First Heartland Securities JSC, owning 164,078,731 common shares of the bank (97.77 % of the total number of the bank outstanding shares or 100.00 % of the total number of the bank outstanding common shares).
