/KASE, January 21, 2026/ – On January 20, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00017031 (NCOMb11; $100, $40.0 mln; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, 11.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty) in the commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of January 21, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
