/KASE, January 21, 2026/ – By decision of the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC (KASE ticker – SATC) dated January 16, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: B. Mukazhanov;
• elected: R. Sagitova, B. Oryngaliev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC consists of three persons.
