/KASE, January 21, 2026/ – Following a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated January 19, 2026, common shares KZ1C00015510 (ticker – ALMT) of AltaMet Minerals JSC (Almaty) were included in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market.
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on January 21, 2026.
The opening of trading in these shares on KASE will be announced additionally.
According to the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on state registration of the issue of authorized shares dated October 22, 2025, the issue of shares of AltaMet Minerals JSC is divided into 203,050 common shares. Par value of one share is 1,000 tenge.
