/KASE, December 30, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated December 30, 2025, common shares KYG876361257 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", KY_TPL_) of Tethys Petroleum Limited are removed from KASE official list.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of December 31, 2025.

This decision was made on the basis of Tethys Petroleum Limited's application for voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official list.

These shares had been in KASE official list's second category since November 20, 2015, and had been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market since June 1, 2017. Trading in these shares began on February 17, 2016.
