ForteBank JSC announces the completion of the transaction to acquire 100 % of shares of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC). The Bank's share in Home Credit Bank's capital increased from 75 % to 100 %. ForteBank became the sole shareholder of Home Credit Bank.

The deal was first announced on June 27, 2025, when ForteBank JSC announced that it had reached an agreement in principle with the shareholders of Home Credit Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) to acquire 100 % of the bank's shares.
