/KASE, December 30, 2025/ – On December 29, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00016470 (EXLSb1; KZT 10,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades for the placement of bonds; 30/360) of Expert Leasing LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of December 30, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
