/KASE, December 29, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of PAVLODARENERGO JSC (KASE ticker – PDEN) dated December 23, 2025, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

• S. Li;
• O. Shchemel;
• O. Perfilov;
• Tan Levin;
• Lim Lei Ling.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of PAVLODARENERGO JSC consists of six people.
