/KASE, December 29, 2025/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 25, 2025 decided to include bonds XS3125030695 (CITI_KZe2; $30.0 mln, 28.10.25 – 28.10.26; coupon paid once at maturity, SOFR + 0.42 %; actual/360) of Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

These bonds are Credit Linked Notes linked to the credit risk of Eurobonds of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (ISIN – XS3093655341), issued under a bond program guaranteed by Citigroup Inc. In the absence of a credit event, the issuer pays interest and the par value; in the event of one, the obligations are fulfilled by transferring the reference obligation (Eurobonds of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan) to the investor.

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of December 29, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
