/KASE, December 22, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from December 22, 2025, KASE has suspended trading in common shares US35671D8570 (KASE Global sector, FCX_KZ) of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (USA) for repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty, which settlement date falls on January 15, 2026, and subsequent dates, the trading will resume on January 19, 2026.

In addition, the suspension of trading in ETF US78468R6633 (KASE Global sector, BIL_KZ) of STATE STREET SPDR BLOOMBERG 1-3 MON for repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty has been extended until February 4, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified securities.
