/KASE, December 18, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from December 19, 2025, KASE suspends trading of the following securities in repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty:

1) ETF US74347G1849 (KASE Global sector, BITI_KZ) of ProShares Short Bitcoin ETF, which settlement date falls on December 24, 2025, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on December 26, 2025;

2) ETF US74349Y5713 (KASE Global sector, ETHT_KZ) of ProShares Ultra Ether ETF, which settlement date falls on December 24, 2025, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on December 26, 2025.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified securities.
