/KASE, December 17, 2025, the date for resumption of bond trading has been changed/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that from December 19, 2025, the following information on bonds KZ2C00012193 (KASE's alternative market, commercial bonds category, LZGRb9; 1,000 tenge, 2.5 bln tenge; 10.16.25 – 10.16.26; annual coupon, 22.00% per annum; 30/360) of Leasing Group JSC will be changed in KASE's trading system and databases:

• the coupon payment frequency is changed from a single time during the bond circulation period simultaneously with payment of the principal amount of the debt to a quarterly coupon payment.

Trading of the specified bonds, which was suspended since December 8, 2025, will resume on KASE on December 19.
