/KASE, December 17, 2025/ – Leasing Group JSC (KASE ticker – LZGR) provided information on issue of bonds KZ2C00012193 (KASE's alternative market, commercial bonds category, LZGRb9; 1,000 tenge, 2.5 bln tenge; 10.16.25 – 10.16.26; annual coupon, 22.00% per annum; 30/360) with changes registered by the Republic of Kazakhstan's Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on December 15, 2025.
